1. Set the Grind Size:<\/strong>
As shown in the diagram, the triangle indicator points to the selected grind setting.<\/p>- Turn the adjustment dial counterclockwise \u2192 larger numbers = coarser grind<\/li>
- Turn the adjustment dial clockwise \u2192 smaller numbers = finer grind<\/li><\/ul>
2. Adjustment Range and Precision:<\/strong>
The dial provides 100 clicks per full rotation, with each click adjusting the burr spacing by 0.015 mm (15 microns), allowing slight adjustment beyond one full roation for added flexibility.<\/p>Distance between the outer and inner burrs is approx. 1.5mm after one full rotation.<\/p>
3. Zero Calibration:<\/strong>
After disassembling and reassembling the grinder, always reset the adjustment dial disk to \u201c0\u201d before use.

The dial provides 100 clicks per full rotation, with each click adjusting the burr spacing by 0.015 mm (15 microns), allowing slight adjustment beyond one full roation for added flexibility.<\/p>
After disassembling and reassembling the grinder, always reset the adjustment dial disk to \u201c0\u201d before use.
