All grinders sold by 1Zpresso are under a one-year warranty (damages caused by human factors are excluded).- Please submit your return request within 7 calendar days from the date you received a faulty item, such as grinders with cosmetic defects.
- Only items purchased directly from 1Zpresso’s online store can be returned to us. Grinders purchased through other distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the accessories included when you received it.
- The warranty does not cover damage such as rust or wear and tear as we cannot guarantee the product's usage or storage.
Outstanding product. Purchased a different model for my son for Christmas and based upon his positive feedback decided to purchase this particular grinder.
good but needs improvement
better than I ever expected! we bought our daughter the K-Pro and she love that one too!
This grinder is fantastic. It grinds light roasts with ease(and quickly!) and the magnetic catch cup is something I never knew I needed in my life. It makes good beans taste great.

Excellent craftsmanship, feels great in the hand, easy to disassemble and clean.
I used a budget electric grinder for 3 years. I researched manual grinders for 2 of those years and saved monthly for 1 year to buy a grinder for pour-overs and espressos.
The design resolves issues that I have with other grinders:
the additional stress of remembering clicks and the inconvenience of adjustment at the burr. Also, the handle rotates for storage and for easier travel.
The build quality is excellent. The walls are thick and parts are evenly finished, with tight tolerances. Strong magnets and a long sturdy handle make for easy and pleasurable grinding. Dismantling, cleaning, and assembling is intuitive and the manual with photos is easy to understand.
Grinds are significantly consistent. Fines have also been greatly reduced and the muddiness is gone. I have had no instances of unground or inconsistently ground beans.
Despite the price, I have zero regrets. Not only is the design and build quality excellent, the customer service is unparalleled. Even if all grinders were equal, the customer service would easily push 1Zpresso well into the lead.
Incredible from the first cup. Bought with the intention of using for camping French press. Coffee comes out so smooth. Grind consistency is amazing. Put grounds down on a paper towel with grind from a $100 and $350 electric burr grinders no comparison this produces impressively better grounds. Would love to see how this does with an espresso grind using an aeropress. Overall completely satisfied. Components are top shelf, mag cup perfect, nice travel case and very fast grind speed compared to cheaper manual grinders I’ve used.
