返品について

I’ve owned a Q2, J-Pro, J-Max and X-Pro — but I have to say the J-Ultra is amazing. It is hand grinder perfection! It’s so easy to hold now that it’s both narrower and lighter than the J-Max. I can grind much easier now, even for espresso. And it looks beautiful too, I love the rounded nature of it.
This grinder is super solidly built, easy to disassemble should the need arise, and the adjustment mechanism is great to use. It clicks nicely and provides easy to recognize feedback so you can easily count to exactly where you want the adjustment to be. The handle is quiet so far with no knob squeaks, and the mechanism to fold the handle down makes traveling easier. I own a grinder without this functionality that I previously traveled with, and getting the handle to fit into the bag with the grinder is a bit of a pain.
I’m seasoning this grinder as I go but am already enjoying the coffee it’s making. Impressed and would buy again.
This grinder was even better than I had hoped. Solidly built, fast, and great tasting espresso, with good filter as well. Shipping was incredibly fast – arrived a week early to New Zealand.

What a pleasant surprise! I purchased this so that I could migrate a Fiorenzato F4 Nano to my workplace, as I don’t make a lot of espresso at home. It’s been very easy to dial in and takes 30-45 seconds to grind an 18g shot. Highly recommended!
Great grinder, for the pricr 1ZPresso J-Ultra is hard to beat, the grinder is built like a tank and feels premium. The steps are small enough to easily dial in for espresso. The thing that amazed me the most is the speed of this grinder, it takes around 30s to grind 20g at around 1.6.0 clicks, whereas my previous grinder would take 10 minutes. Also, great service from 1ZPresso team, they shipped the grinder quickly and I received it within a week. Really happy with the purchase.
