返品について
1Zpressoが販売するすべてのグラインダーは、1年間の保証期間があります（人為的な要因による損傷は除外されます）。- 不良品として届いたグラインダー（例：外観の欠陥など）は、受け取った日から7日以内に返品申請をしてください。
- 1Zpressoのオンラインストアから直接購入したグラインダーのみ、当社に返品できます。他の販売代理店で購入した場合は、それぞれの返品・返金ポリシーに従って返品してください。
- 返品するグラインダーには、受け取った際に含まれていたすべてのアクセサリーが含まれていることを確認してください。

We adore our grinder. It comes everywhere with us. The stainless steel is of good quality and the mechanisms seem to be made with attention to superior design and function. I ordered ours from Canada and it came in the mail within a couple of weeks.
I use this mainly for pour over and AeroPress once in awhile. It’s an excellent grinder, so much better than my previous hand grinder in grind quality and speed. It just holds 30 grams of beans in the hopper which is good for a double pour over.
This is used at home some but I mostly use it for camping which it is a little large/bulky for that. Maybe I should have went with the Q series but it would be nice if at least the handle would fold somehow so the footprint would be smaller for storage.
Overall super happy with it.
This grinder was a perfect addition to my coffee addiction. Grinds smooth, consistent and is well built to withstand the great outdoors. I have taken this grinder with me everywhere I go!
Even on the “lowest” setting, it does grind the beans a bit fine. However, it still works for any type of coffee you’re making.

Great build quality and a precise grind make this such a nice tool to have in the kitchen. The threads feel so satisfying to screw together and the tolerances are very tight and well fitted. It feels substantial in the hand and the grind it produces is consistent and the adjustment is highly granular. Still going strong after a year of use. For the price this grinder can’t be beat. 10/10
Great product and great buying experience. I was initially surprised by the price of the product but after doing more research, the product is actually a great deal for entering into getting quality grinds. (Quick! Take advantage before 1zPresso realizes it! ;D)
Shipping was surprisingly quick, considering it came from overseas.
The product works wells, I’ve done A/B tests between this and my old grinder and this definitely stands out. Grinding isn’t too difficult, with a little help, my 2 year old nephew is able to grind some beans.
Grind setting is pretty easy, albeit a little confusing but it makes up for it with a fairly large degree of control.
All in all, very satisfied with the product and the purchase experience.
I love it now that I can have fresh coffee every morning. Already had it for about 6 months and still working great. Also enjoy playing around with the grind settings and getting different flavors from the same beans! If you like espresso you might want to get the Jx Pro which is for that. God bless!
It’s terrific. In between electric grinders, I have been using daily. Enough capacity for a nice big pour over. Great for travel. Easy to clean. I do use mineral oil periodically on the handle. I notice newer versions are lacquered. Mine isn’t, but has added a nice patina. Couldn’t be happier.
I’ve had my JX for almost a year and I have only good things to say. Everyone knows how good 1Zpresso grinders are by now, built quality and grind quality wise, but one thing that doesn’t get enough praise is how good their customer support is. I had an issue with my JX and they handled its return and replacement quickly and painlessly.
This is the best grinder! I had an electric grinder – Baratza Virtuoso, and this thing is faster (depending on how fast you turn the handle). It’s very easy to use and very quick. If you’re grinding more than..say 25g..or maybe 27g, then this might be a little tight. Grind is always consistent. Easy to take apart and clean and well built. I also take it to travel (although their smaller grinders could be more suitable for this). I’m from Korea and I actually bought it directly from 1Zpresso cheaper than I could get it through a local seller.
