操作說明

研磨度調整

如圖A，先找到紅點。
如圖B，順時針轉動刻度環，紅點指向刻度環數字即研磨刻度。

首次使用，不需做歸零動作，可直接參考研磨度，調至合適的粗細即可。

歸零標準由於每次的力道很難一致，故歸零的判斷方式，可放上搖臂後，不會大幅度晃動即可
不需要將刀盤鎖到一動也不動

研磨度參考

請依照沖煮方式及喜好自行調整研磨度

沖煮方式	建議刻度	出品
土耳其	1.0~1.2	麵粉狀
義式	1.5~2.5	食鹽狀
虹吸/手沖	3.5~4.5	細砂糖狀
法壓壺	4.5~5.5	粗砂糖狀

研磨咖啡

放入咖啡豆，裝滿可放約30g（因豆種不同容量略有不同）。
裝好搖臂，順時針轉動搖臂直至咖啡豆磨完。

拆機步驟

歸“0”步驟

⚠ 歸零時切勿刻意，長時間轉動搖臂，以避免刀盤受損。

原理：本產品通過刻度環進退點與定位蓋退進點使中軸帶動內外刀距保持一致，從而完成刻度歸“0”。
鑑於本機每格可細微調整，刻度環鎖緊力道無法統一標準，歸“0”點在鬆緊一小格內均屬正常。

注意事項

本機裝配精密零件，嚴禁水洗。
手磨可清潔部位請勿使用水或酒精以外溶劑進行清潔。
刀盤雖為不銹鋼，但建議儲存於乾燥環境中。
拆機裝機的順序與步驟需按說明嚴格執行。
勿讓六歲以下兒童單獨操作本產品。

*A refund request over 7 calendar days from the date you received an item will be refunded partially (80% of the item’s price) and might be denied since the item has been used.
